We do not collect payment or financial information through the website. If you proceed with a booking, any payment details are handled separately and directly, as agreed with you at that stage.

Formspree (our enquiry form provider) processes and stores enquiry submissions on our behalf, so that they can be delivered to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and does not use your information for its own purposes. You can review Formspree's own privacy practices at formspree.io.
Suppliers — if you proceed with a booking, we share only the information necessary to arrange your trip with the relevant golf clubs, hotels, or transfer providers (for example, your name and handicap certificate for a tee-time booking). We do not share more information than is reasonably needed for this purpose.
We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not use any advertising or analytics services that track you across other websites.
6. Cookies
Our website does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising or analytics purposes.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you proceed with a booking, for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes. If your enquiry does not proceed to a booking, we will not retain your information indefinitely beyond what is needed to follow up with you.
