Designed by acclaimed links architect Dr Martin Hawtree, the par-72 championship course plays 7,151 yards from the tips, with ocean views from 16 of its 18 holes. Opened in 2002, it follows the natural dune land along Doughmore Bay — a routing widely regarded as one of the last true links courses in Ireland or Great Britain.
